    Why does an apartment building need modern ventilation?

    Ventilation in older Estonian apartment buildings is mostly natural-draft and outdated. This causes damp, mould, smell migration and high heating bills.

    Ventilation is one of the most important technical systems in any building renovation. The right solution saves heating costs, improves residents' health and raises property value.

    Depending on the building you can choose between two approaches: a central system (one large unit on the roof or in the basement) or per-apartment units for each flat.

    The apartment-building renovation grant covers up to 50% of the cost.

    The housing association decided to upgrade ventilation as part of a full building renovation. The old natural-draft system had reached the end of its life.
