In older houses and apartment blocks, natural or simple exhaust ventilation is common — it provides neither sufficient air exchange nor energy savings. A modern heat recovery system saves up to 90% of the heating energy used for ventilation.
Renovations are our daily work — we find solutions where building plans are missing, space is tight and existing ducts must be integrated or replaced. We work cleanly and on schedule.
For apartment block ventilation renovation it is possible to apply for a KredEx reconstruction grant of up to 50%. We help associations prepare the documentation.
