Terms of Use

    Last updated: 15.05.2026

    1. General terms

These terms govern the provision of services by Koduvent (the "Service Provider") to clients (the "Client"). They apply to all quotes, contracts and services delivered by the Service Provider.

    2. Quotes

Pricing shown on the website is indicative. The final quote is prepared after an on-site visit and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. VAT 24% is added to all prices.

    3. Performing the works

Works are performed according to the agreed project and schedule. The Client must provide the Service Provider's team with access to the site and, when required, electricity and water. Significant changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

    4. Payment terms

Typical payment schedule: 50% prepayment at the start of the project, 40% on delivery of materials, and 10% after completion and handover. The invoice payment term is 7 days. In case of delay, the Service Provider may charge interest at 0.1% per day.

    5. Warranty

    We provide the following warranties:

    • 2 years on installation work.
    • Manufacturer warranty on equipment.
    • No warranty on filters and consumables.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, force majeure, or improper maintenance.

    6. Liability

The Service Provider's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, third-party claims from contractual breaches) or force majeure delays.

    7. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract in writing, respecting the agreed schedule and paying for work already done. Costs already incurred for materials must be reimbursed.

    8. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Failing agreement, the dispute is resolved by Harju County Court. Estonian law applies.

    9. Final provisions

These terms take effect upon publication on the website. The Service Provider may amend them — the new terms apply to contracts concluded after publication.
